Public Private Partnership (PPP) – new forms of cooperation
Collaboration between public administration and the private sector is now an accepted instrument for the performance of public duties. Collaboration may take various legal and organizational forms.
Depending on the extent to which there is a need to retain or delegate process control and supervision, we offer the following forms of collaboration and organization:
- The program/project/service is institutionalized within the public body but with an independent form of organization (matrix).
- The program/project/service is outsourced but the public body remains the sole shareholder (no external shareholders).
- The program/ project/service is set up as a PPP organization with private cooperation partners.
- An independent company is set up for the program/ project/service or the program/ project/service is outsourced to an external company.
We collaborate closely with partners to meet the eGovernment challenges facing the public sector.
